Memento Mori
By: Abe Sierra Jr.
The sun will set
on all of us who labor
the dusk will grant us rest
The night will crawl and creep her way
into our tired eyes
These burdens on our shoulders
are only for a moment, they're only for a day
When night arrives, she'll kindly lay us down to sleep
to mend the pains of being human; repose is on it's way
The sun will set
on all of us eventually
granting us relief

The End.
